Job Description

Make a direct impact in an elementary autism program by supporting students growth and well-being as a Registered Behavior Technician on a full-time contract assignment. This role focuses on delivering individualized behavioral interventions alongside a collaborative educational team in a dynamic classroom environment. The assignment runs from October 30, 2026, through February 1, 2027, and requires consistent onsite commitment during the school day.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required) Active Delaware PARA permit (required) Prior school-based experience strongly preferred, especially supporting elementary-aged students Skilled in implementing physical intervention strategies as appropriate for student needs Proficient in collecting and maintaining behavioral and instructional data within a classroom setting Willing to assist wherever needed in the school, including flexibility with classroom assignments Comfortable with all aspects of bathroom and hygiene duties, including toileting and diapering (essential requirement) Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and full attendance during scheduled hours (8:45 AM 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday)
