Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to support students with severe disabilities and autism in a collaborative school-based environment. Requirements:
Active Delaware BCBA licensure/certification required Confirmation of active certification required with submission Experience working with students with autism and severe disabilities preferred Strong behavior management and crisis intervention skills Onsite only
Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Participate in crisis team and de-escalation support Collaborate on behavioral goals for IEPs Support data collection and behavioral interventions Provide behavioral support to students and school staff
Interview Process:
(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
Work Hours:
Full-Time 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 2026/2027
