Behavior Technician Wilmington, DE (Wilmington) $18-$24/hour Full-Time and Part-Time Overview An ABA provider in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children and adolescents with autism and related developmental needs. This position focuses on implementing individualized behavior plans and helping clients build functional skills across home and school environments. Key Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support using ABA techniques Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA Track and record data on behaviors and skill acquisition Support clients with communication, social interaction, and daily routines Assist with behavior reduction and reinforcement strategies Communicate progress and concerns with supervisors and caregivers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required RBT certification preferred; training available for qualified candidates Previous experience with children, ABA, or behavioral support preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured plans Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling Compensation and Benefits $18-$24/hour depending on experience Flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options Paid training and RBT certification support Ongoing supervision and mentorship Health, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees Opportunities for growth within the organization Work Environment Combination of in-home, school-based, and clinic settings Supportive and team-oriented environment Consistent opportunities to work with a stable client caseload #p34
