  • BCBA Job Type Contract Make a real difference in the lives of young learners by supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive needs in an early years program.
This contract-based opportunity near Wilmington, Delaware, is an exceptional fit for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst eager to work onsite, helping students reach their greatest potential through specialized, hands-on intervention.
Key qualifications and background:
Active BCBA certification in Delaware (required) School-based experience is highly desirable Demonstrated skill with early childhood and intensive-needs populations Ability to manage challenging behaviors and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Availability to work fully onsite, including summer programming Reliable transportation and readiness for required fingerprinting Role responsibilities: Deliver behavior analytic services in a dedicated Early Years Program setting Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Provide direct support and coaching to school staff and caregivers Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive decision-making Participate in professional development days and regular school-year hours Engage with students, families, and educators to foster a supportive learning environment Schedule highlights: Full-time contract through June 12, 2026, with high potential for renewal Summer program includes PD days (June 23 & 24; 8:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM) and in-service (July 6
  • August 6; Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM
  • 2:00 PM) Standard school year hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM Competitive pay at $97 per hour.
