Wilmington, DE Job Summary:
Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Wilmington, DE. As a BCBA with our agency, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality ABA therapy services to families in need. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flexible schedule, without a caseload, allowing you to focus on your professional development and growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ABA therapy to clients with autism and related disorders Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment Provide training and support to autism therapy staff and family members Develop and implement behavioral plans and protocols to meet client needs Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices Excellent communication, assessment, and intervention skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings
Working Conditions:

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate: $105•$120 per hour
