School Year Contract Job Description:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This role involves working closely with students who require behavioral support, helping them develop essential skills and succeed in the classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral and developmental needs Collect and record data on student progress and behavior Assist in developing and reinforcing positive behavior strategies Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff Support students in academic, social, and daily living activities

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain patient, consistent, and professional in all situations Experience in a school setting or with ABA therapy is a plus
