High likelihood of extension Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a program in Wilmington, DE. This role focuses on supporting young learners with moderate to severe cognitive needs through individualized behavioral interventions and collaborative educational planning.School Year Schedule:
Full-Time:
37.5 hours/week ⏰ 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide direct and consultative BCBA services within the classroom setting Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Support staff training and implementation of behavior strategies Qualifications Active Delaware BCBA license (required) Prior school-based experience (preferred) Experience working with early childhood and/or intensive needs populations Ability and willingness to work fully onsiteJob Title:
