GrowThera is a locally owned ABA practice serving children and families throughout Central Florida. We believe great ABA starts with the right relationship—not just between the client and clinician, but across the entire treatment team. Rather than simply assigning the next available RBT to an open case, we take a personalized matching approach that considers each RBT's personality, strengths, experience, availability, preferred setting, and clinical interests alongside the needs and personality of the client. We're currently looking to match RBTs with clients in Sanford, Casselberry, and Altamonte Springs across in-home, school, office, and community-based settings. Our goal is to build teams that genuinely work well together and provide meaningful, individualized ABA in the environments where our clients live, learn, and play. You'll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication, social skills, daily living skills, school readiness, safety, independence, play, and behavior reduction. Because every client is different, we want to know what you're good at, what type of cases you enjoy, and where you feel you do your best work. We're looking for RBTs who are dependable, engaged, compassionate, collaborative, and interested in growing clinically, not simply someone to fill a schedule. We care about client fit, RBT fit, and team fit, and we're also looking for people who will mesh well with our current supportive, communicative, and team-oriented staff culture. RBTs receive ongoing BCBA support, hands-on coaching, and opportunities to grow while working with clients selected with their individual strengths and preferences in mind. Competitive compensation is based on experience, education, and the strengths you bring to the team. Depending on your client match, sessions may take place: In the client's home At school or daycare At the GrowThera office In community settings Across a hybrid combination of settings Candidates should: Hold an active RBT credential (preferred) Hold credentials as a Medicaid provider (preferred) Be able to successfully complete a Level 2 background screening Have a clean criminal and driving record Have reliable transportation Communicate openly and professionally with BCBAs, families, schools, and coworkers Be flexible and willing to collaborate when schedules or client needs change Be receptive to feedback, modeling, and ongoing clinical training Be proactive, resourceful, and able to problem-solve independently when appropriate Use good judgment and know when to take initiative versus when to seek clinical guidance Collect accurate data and complete session documentation on time Prioritize client dignity, assent, engagement, and meaningful skill development Bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude to the team Currently hiring for cases in Sanford, Casselberry, and Altamonte Springs.
