About Unique Abilities ABA:
Unique Abilities ABA is a small, family-owned company dedicated to delivering individualized, research-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism . We provide both in-home and in-clinic services, with a focus on personalized 1:1 support tailored to each child's unique strengths and needs. Our clinic, located in Pensacola. We serve families across Pensacola, Cantonment, Pace, and Milton, and also provide flexible options of both in home, in center, and a hybrid model (in home and in center) therapy options.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children. This is a part-time position (up to 30 hours/week) with a 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday) to promote work-life balance. Occasional Fridays may be required for team meetings and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Follow behavior intervention plans with fidelity Collect and record accurate data on client progress Engage children in play-based learning and skill-building activities Communicate effectively with supervisors and families Qualifications (MUST HAVE): Current RBT Certification BLS/CPR Certification At least 1 year of experience working 1:1 with children with ASD Experience in home-based or clinic-based ABA settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using basic technology for data entry and communication
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and car insurance Ability to pass a background check Willingness to be trained if not currently RBT certified
