This opportunity is a strong fit for dependable RBTs who enjoy direct client interaction, consistent case assignments, and working closely with a supervising BCBA to help children build meaningful everyday skills. You will implement established behavior-analytic treatment programs while maintaining accurate session data, supporting client progress, and communicating professionally with families and the clinical team. >>

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy according to individualized treatment protocols Record behavior and skill-acquisition data throughout each session Follow behavior intervention procedures consistently and accurately Provide reinforcement based on established clinical programs Prepare clear and timely session documentation Report relevant changes or concerns to the supervising BCBA Participate actively in supervision and competency-based feedback Maintain professional communication with caregivers and other team members Protect client confidentiality and follow applicable ethical requirements Services may take place in homes, schools, daycare settings, community environments, or a combination of locations , depending on each client's treatment plan. >>

Children with neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism and ADHD.
