Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Certificate who speak English and has reliable transportation to join our team. And start September 3rd. The RBT must be able to work 30 hours week in a school setting. In Boca Raton Must be able to work well with child have compassion and kindness and patience. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Assist in the development and execution of individualized care plans tailored to each child's needs. Provide direct support to children in various settings, focusing on improving daily living skills (ADLs) and social interactions. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records regarding each child's progress and behavior management strategies. Educate families on techniques and strategies to support their child's development at home. Collaborate with other professionals, including educators and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor and report changes in behavior or progress towards goals, adjusting strategies as necessary. Skills Must be a Licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Knowledge of special education practices and principles. Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques, including behavior management strategies. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation standards. Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioral challenges. Ability to create effective care plans that address individual needs. Strong communication skills for educating families and collaborating with team members. Attention to detail for maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
