Job Description

Overview At Comprehensive Behavioral Consulting (CBC) we focus on providing respectful, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based treatment that produces long-lasting and meaningful change in the life of our clients. We are looking for therapists that share these goals and have a passion for continuous learning and collaboration. We are a small company that is owned and operated by a team of BCBAs and BCBA-Ds, and we are looking for individuals that are interested in joining our team and growing with us. As an RBT at CBC, we offer the following opportunities: An unmatched initial training program Ongoing and individualized support and supervision (all supervision is paid), well above the minimum requirements by the BACB Implementing individualized behavior plans which focus on both behavior reduction and acquisition Participating in caregiver trainings/proficiency monitoring and learning to collaborate with professionals in other specialties (teachers, OTs, SPs, etc.) Working under the supervision of highly trained BCBAs and BCBA-Ds Assist in entering and graphing data and creating monthly reports Multiple work settings: clinic, schools, homes, daycares, communities Supervisors approved through the USF practicum program Mentoring through level transitions Competitive pay PTO benefits Indirect hours reimbursement Paid drive time Flexible hours Paid trainings
Duties:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles. Willingness to receive feedback and learn Provide direct support to children, focusing on improving social skills, communication, and daily living activities. Collect daily session data and document patient progress. Maintain accurate medical documentation as required. Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure consistent application of behavioral strategies. Maintain RBT certification according to established BACB standards
Requirements:
Available T, W, Th 9 am -3 pm Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). High school diploma. Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and behavioral health practices. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
