Therapy Where It Matters Most Infinity ABA delivers services in the environments where children naturally live and learn. This allows for better skill generalization and more meaningful outcomes. Home-Based Services RBTs implement programs within daily routines such as play, meals, transitions, hygiene routines, and family interactions. Therapy is embedded into real-life activities, allowing children to practice skills in context and families to feel empowered rather than overwhelmed. School-Based Support We collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school staff to support behavior regulation, classroom participation, and peer interaction. RBTs help create consistency between educational and therapeutic goals while maintaining professionalism within school systems. Community and Daycare Settings RBTs support clients in community locations such as daycare centers, parks, libraries, and other public environments. These settings allow children to practice social, communication, and adaptive skills in real-world situations with natural reinforcement. Primary Responsibilities As a Registered Behavior Technician with Infinity ABA, you will: Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, play, academic, and daily living skills Implement behavior reduction strategies using positive, ethical, and least-restrictive methods Collect accurate and timely data using Office Puzzle to inform clinical decisions Communicate professionally with caregivers, teachers, and team members regarding client progress Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policies Required Qualifications Applicants must meet the following criteria prior to hire: Active RBT certification through the BACB Completion of a BACB-approved 40-hour RBT training Successful completion of the RBT Competency Assessment and national exam Credentialed or credentialing-eligible with Medicaid and/or Tricare High school diploma or GED CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) Ability to pass background and clearance requirements Reliable transportation for travel between client locations Minimum of six months of experience providing ABA services Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities Strong professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Scheduling and Work Expectations Flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload needs Monday through Friday primary schedule Optional weekend and overtime opportunities Travel required to client sessions across home, school, and community locations Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $22.00 - $28.00, based on experience and availability Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance Paid holidays for full-time employees Efficient, user-friendly documentation through Office Puzzle Ongoing training and professional development Supportive leadership and a collaborative work environment Advancement opportunities as Infinity ABA continues to grow Join a Company That Invests in You Infinity
