This is a consistent Monday through Friday position from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM , offering reliable billable hours within a structured center- and school-based environment. As an RBT, you will work directly with clients to implement evidence-based ABA interventions under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collaborate with teachers, clinical staff, and families to help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, academic, and daily living skills while promoting independence and improving quality of life. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Consistent weekly schedule Reliable billable hours Center- and school-based setting Duties & Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans according to BCBA-approved protocols and supervision. Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to assigned clients. Collect and accurately record behavioral and skill acquisition data during sessions. Complete required session documentation in a timely and professional manner. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including feeding, grooming, toileting, dressing, and other self-care routines when applicable. Support clients in classroom and educational environments using ABA-based teaching strategies and individualized programming. Implement strategies targeting communication, social skills, functional independence, behavior reduction, and academic readiness. Follow established behavior support and safety protocols. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements . Communicate professionally with BCBAs, teachers, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Participate in ongoing supervision, competency development, staff meetings, and professional training. Maintain professional and ethical standards consistent with RBT and BACB requirements. Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred/required based on position placement. Previous experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or other neurodevelopmental needs is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior intervention strategies, reinforcement procedures, prompting, and data collection. Experience providing 1:1 behavioral support is preferred. Ability to assist clients with ADLs when necessary. Ability to accurately collect data and complete clinical documentation. Ability to follow treatment protocols and accept feedback from supervising BCBAs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, professional, patient, and compassionate.
