Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your work will focus on implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting behavioral data, and supporting clients in achieving meaningful progress. Responsibilities Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols tailored to each client's care plan Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, and feeding, to promote independence Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in developing communication, social, and behavioral skills through structured teaching methods Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and educational staff to ensure consistency across therapy settings Support clients during clinic-based sessions by applying behavior management techniques and reinforcing positive behaviors Requirements Valid RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or eligible for certification Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and behavior management strategies Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data accurately and efficiently Prior experience in behavioral therapy is preferred Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach toward clients and families Join us if you are passionate about making a difference through direct behavioral therapy!
