Job Description
All Behavior Community, Inc. (ABC) is a growing bilingual ABA therapy provider serving children and families across Southwest Florida and Tampa. We are currently seeking experienced, already-certified RBTs to deliver high-quality 1:1 behavior therapy. This is not an entry-level position — we are looking for professionals ready to hit the ground running. Required Qualifications (no exceptions): Active RBT certification through the BACB Prior hands-on RBT experience Fully bilingual — English AND Spanish Active Medicaid provider enrollment High school diploma / GED, 18+ Current CPR/First Aid certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a Level 2 background check (Florida)
