IMMEDIATE OPENINGS IN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA FOR BCBAS

If you're passionate about ABA, this is the job for you. :) Behavior Analysis, Inc. was the first ABA agency in South Florida. BAI was founded over 30 years ago by Behavior Analysts who still own and operate the agency today! We provide a unique opportunity to work within a true behavioral community with other passionate, knowledgeable behavior analysts that enjoy working together. We have immediate part-time openings (with potential for full-time) for Clinical Supervisors to work with children with autism, supervise verbal behavior (VB/ABA) programs, and work with families who have children exhibiting challenging behavior in Broward County, Florida. We provide services at our clinics in Broward County and at our clients' homes, schools, and other community settings. Salary:
Highly competitive pay based on experience.
Qualifications:
The applicants must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). BCBAs must have one or more years of supervised experience developing, training, implementing, and monitoring acquisition and reduction plans; effective oral and written communication skills; and
OUTSTANDING INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Working directly with children with autism using ABA/VB approach Conducting ABA language-based assessments Developing ABA acquisition programs Training caregivers and staff Supervising staff implementing ABA programs For individuals exhibiting challenging behavior responsibilities may also include: Conducting functional assessments Developing behavior intervention plans Caregiver and teacher training Monitoring progress The positions will require travel within the local area and late afternoon and early evening hours (peak times are 2:30-7:30 pm).
