Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment strategies. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain high standards of patient care. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records and safeguarding patient confidentiality. Participate in intake processes, patient assessments, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to support comprehensive care. Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management. Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, teams, and other healthcare providers. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
