Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Flagler & Volusia Counties, Florida

Applicant MUST be a current Florida Medicaid-approved provider. Please do not apply if you are not currently approved with Florida Medicaid. ABA Path is expanding! We are excited to grow our services into Flagler and Volusia counties and are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This position will initially provide services across homes, schools, and community settings , with plans to expand into a clinic setting in the future. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans. Provide ongoing BCBA supervision and clinical oversight of client programs. Analyze client data and modify treatment plans based on progress and clinical need. Supervise, train, and provide feedback to RBTs and other direct-care staff. Provide caregiver training and support. Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and other members of the client's care team. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation. Ensure services are provided according to ethical, clinical, payer, and organizational requirements. Requirements Current BCBA certification in good standing. Must be an approved Florida Medicaid provider. Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based treatment practices. Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans. Ability to analyze clinical data and make appropriate treatment modifications. Knowledge of HIPAA and clinical documentation requirements. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Flagler and Volusia counties . Why Join ABA Path? Join an established ABA organization as we expand into a new service area. From $55.00 per hour
