Position Summary We are seeking skilled, reliable, and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high‑quality, ethical ABA services. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following individualized treatment plans Collect accurate, real‑time data on client progress Implement behavior intervention strategies as trained and supervised Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the clinical team to ensure high‑quality service delivery Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability Participate in required trainings and ongoing professional development Required Qualifications Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Ability to pass background screening Reliable transportation Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for supporting individuals and families with evidence‑based care Compensation Competitive hourly rate Semiannual appreciation‑based thank‑you bonuses recognizing consistency, professionalism, and quality service Paid training We believe in recognizing real work—your time and effort never go unnoticed. $20.50 - $26.75 per hour
