Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Delray Beach and Surrounding Areas

Healing Palms Behavioral Center is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board to join our growing team in Palm Beach County. We are dedicated to supporting children under 21 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other behavioral, social, and communication challenges by providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, school, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct intake assessments and design individualized behavior intervention programs Complete monthly reports and conduct reassessments every six months Develop, monitor, and adjust treatment plans based on client progress Collaborate with families by providing training, guidance, and ongoing support Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on a weekly basis

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field Active Medicaid Provider Number and NPI Strong leadership and communication skills
