Per Case Opportunity Description:

Simply Home Care is expanding into Behavioral Services under the

APD / ICMC

program and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to collaborate on a contract basis. This is a flexible, per-case opportunity to support behavioral assessments and treatment planning as cases are assigned.

Position Details:

1099 / Contract position Per-case assignments (no fixed schedule required) Flexible involvement based on availability Opportunity to grow with referral volume

Scope of Work:

Behavioral assessments Treatment plan development Ongoing case oversight as needed

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification Experience with behavioral assessments and care planning Ability to work independently and coordinate with agency staff

Important Note:

This role is structured around case assignments as they are received through the

APD / ICMC

program Compensation will be discussed based on services provided and case structure
