Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work directly with clients to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in the lives of children and adults with behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment protocols as designed by the supervising BCBA. Collect data on client progress and behavior during sessions, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients in both home and community settings. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency and communication regarding client progress. Participate in regular supervision meetings with a BCBA for feedback and development. Maintain professional documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience.
Preferred:
Bilingual (Spanish/English). Must speak and write in english.
Gender Preference:

Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to improving client outcomes. Ability to adapt to various behavioral challenges and provide effective interventions. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the designated service areas.
