Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to support children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your primary focus will be delivering direct behavioral therapy in a natural envrionment setting, collecting data, and assisting with individualized care plans. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans in accordance with approved protocols and the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and other self-care tasks to promote independence. Accurately collect, record, and analyze behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy tailored to each client's needs, focusing on skill development and behavior management. Communicate effectively with clients, families, educators, and other team members to ensure consistency across settings. Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, care plans, and compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality. Support clients in a center-based envrionment that is designed to resemble real-world settings Skills Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorders. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing ABA therapy protocols. Strong data collection skills for tracking behavioral progress and adjusting interventions accordingly. Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients in achieving greater independence. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards. Excellent communication skills for engaging clients and collaborating with families or educational staff. The ability to apply ABA-aligned strategies into real-life situations to optimize socially significant change for our clients.
