Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs for clients receiving ABA therapy services. This role is essential in helping clients build meaningful skills, reduce challenging moments, and make progress toward their treatment goals. The ideal candidate is patient, professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality care to children and families. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs as directed by the supervising BCBA. Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in accordance with treatment goals. Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress, behavior reduction targets, and skill acquisition goals. Assist with behavior management strategies that promote positive replacement behaviors and client independence. Follow individualized treatment plans, care plans, and clinical recommendations with consistency and professionalism. Maintain accurate session notes, medical documentation, and client records in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements. Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, supervisors, and other team members regarding client progress and session updates. Support clients and families by modeling appropriate strategies and reinforcing treatment goals in a respectful and compassionate manner. Collaborate with BCBAs and other clinical team members to support comprehensive, high-quality client care. Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development opportunities to continue building skills in ABA therapy. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required. Previous experience working with children, individuals with autism, or individuals with behavioral health needs is preferred. Familiarity with ABA principles, behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition programs, and data collection is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to collect accurate clinical data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated and dependable. Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to follow clinical direction from a supervising BCBA. Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with clinical documentation is a plus.
