Golden Care Therapy is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and center-based settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs, teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies. You will collect accurate data, collaborate closely with families and clinical supervisors, and participate in ongoing training in a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on helping each child reach their potential. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and center-based settings Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs Collect accurate session data and document progress in clinical systems Support skill development in communication, social, play, and daily living areas Follow behavior protocols and use de-escalation strategies when needed Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and care teams Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and performance feedback Maintain professional, ethical, and HIPAA-compliant practices Communicate session updates and progress to families and supervisors Follow scheduling requirements and reliably attend assigned sessions Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implementation Behavior intervention plan execution Data collection and progress tracking Use of ABA software/tools for documentation Implementing discrete trial training (DTT) Functional communication training (FCT) Crisis prevention and de-escalation techniques Collaborating with BCBAs and clinical teams Parent/caregiver training support Maintaining clinical and HIPAA documentation
