Job Description
Golden Care Therapy seeks a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism and developmental delays. In this role, you will complete assessments, develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, and provide direct care as needed. You will supervise and train behavior technicians, analyze data to guide clinical decisions, and collaborate closely with families and team members. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments for children with autism and developmental delays. Develop and update individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans. Provide direct ABA services and model effective interventions for behavior technicians and families. Supervise, train, and provide feedback to RBTs/behavior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support child progress. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and ethical standards. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development and training.
