As an RBT, you will work closely with clients and their families to implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Duties Implement evidence-based ABA therapy protocols tailored to each client's care plan, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior management. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, and feeding, promoting independence. Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Support clients in developing communication skills through teaching techniques aligned with their individual needs. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by ensuring confidentiality of medical records and client information. Collaborate with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to execute treatment plans effectively. Engage in ongoing training related to medical terminology, ethical standards, and behavior management strategies for neurodevelopmental disorders. Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders, is highly preferred. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and data collection methods. Experience working in home-based settings or school environments is advantageous. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, families, and team members. Demonstrated understanding of medical documentation, medical terminology, and medical records management. Commitment to ethical practice consistent with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; certification as an RBT is required or in progress.
