Join Our Team as a BCBA or BCaBA! Beyond Expectations, Inc. is seeking a passionate, collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate ABA services while fostering a supportive environment where clinicians can thrive professionally. What You'll Do Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians. Analyze data and make data-based treatment decisions. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Conduct caregiver training to promote generalization of skills. Complete clinical documentation and insurance requirements in a timely manner. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code. Qualifications Current BCBA or BCaBA certification. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. Passion for improving the lives of children and their families. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
