What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations Design individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Analyze treatment data and make evidence-based programming decisions Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Partner with families through caregiver training and ongoing communication Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educators, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with BACB ethical standards What We're Looking For Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Passion for improving outcomes for children and families Why Explore New Opportunities?
