Task List and ethical guidelines. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, proactive, and passionate about helping children achieve lasting progress . Key Responsibilities Collect accurate data on client progress and communicate any relevant updates (e.g., medication, scheduling, or behavior changes). Collaborate with your supervising BCBA/BCaBA to support individualized treatment plans. Write clear, objective session and supervision notes daily. Support parent training sessions to encourage skill generalization. Maintain organized program books and ensure data accuracy. Implement ABA programs across skill areas (language, learning, social, and academic). Communicate promptly and professionally with your supervisors regarding training needs and client updates. Requirements Active RBT Certification from the BACB. Strong communication and time-management skills reliability and consistency are essential for client success. Comfortable working independently while following clear protocols and guidance. Completion of a brief self-assessment survey to tailor onboarding and support. Applicants must be available Monday-Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. , as consistent attendance during these hours is essential for client success (Sessions would be around two and a half hours fro five days a week).
