❋ RBT - Registered Behavior Technician ⫸ Broward County One Physical Therapy Hollywood, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $27 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications RBT Certification Experience working with children with ADHD Applied behavior analysis Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Parent collaboration Care documentation ABA session notes Experience working with children Direct support Fading in ABA therapy Care plan implementation Therapy progress note documentation Time management Full Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hollywood, Miramar & Surrounding South Broward Areas 3 Open Positions | $27 per Hour Minimum 1 Year of RBT Experience Required We are currently seeking three experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and provide direct ABA therapy to clients throughout Hollywood, Miramar, West Park, Pembroke Park, and nearby South Broward communities. This opportunity is a strong fit for RBTs who already have practical experience delivering ABA services and are looking for steady case opportunities, competitive hourly compensation, and ongoing clinical support. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help clients make measurable progress in communication, social development, independence, daily living skills, and behavior. >> Responsibilities Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in accordance with each client's treatment plan Run skill-acquisition programs and behavior-support procedures as written by the supervising BCBA Track client responses, progress, and target behaviors throughout each session Use reinforcement strategies to encourage functional communication and appropriate behavior Support clients with routines, transitions, social participation, and independent living skills Follow clinical protocols consistently and report meaningful changes to the BCBA Maintain clear and professional communication with families and caregivers Submit accurate session notes and required documentation on schedule >> What This Opportunity Offers $27 per hour 3 RBT openings available Opportunities to develop a consistent caseload Cases throughout Hollywood, Miramar, and nearby South Broward areas Ongoing BCBA supervision and clinical guidance Flexible case opportunities based on client and technician availability Potential for additional hours as new cases become available >> Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification At least 1 year of RBT experience Experience implementing ABA treatment plans in direct-care settings Ability to collect and document session data accurately Reliable attendance and strong time-management skills Professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and supervisors Ability to accept feedback and implement BCBA recommendations Transportation appropriate for traveling to assigned cases >> Who We're Looking For We are looking for RBTs who are dependable, organized, patient, and confident working directly with children receiving ABA services. Candidates should already be comfortable following structured treatment programs, collecting accurate behavioral data, maintaining professional boundaries, and communicating effectively with both caregivers and supervising clinicians.
