Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) / Behavior Technicians (BT)

Location:

Hollywood, FL Pay:

Competitive ($20 To $25 Hourly) Little Rays ABA is hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians to staff cases across Florida! Be part of a growing team thats dedicated to transforming lives through high-quality ABA services for children with autism.

What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children as guided by a BCBA. Help clients develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills. Record and track progress through data collection. Partner with families and team members to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications:

RBT certification preferred (but not required training support available!). High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is a plus.
