Team members are expected to arrive on time, remain for their full scheduled hours, and provide services on every scheduled workday. Consistent attendance is essential to maintaining continuity of care and supporting each client's progress. Please avoid arriving late, leaving early, canceling sessions, or missing scheduled days unless there is a legitimate emergency. We use ABA Matrix for data collection. The Supervising Behavior Analyst will be providing supervision. Responsibilities As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic services to children dealing with various behavioral challenges. Your expertise will contribute to improving the overall well-being and quality of life for your clients and assisting their family. This child in particular has phobias and needs assistance with potty training. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) perform a variety of tasks, including: Implementing behavioral health plans: RBTs carry out behavioral health plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs and/or BCaBa's). This includes following protocols for behavior reduction and skill acquisition.

Collecting data:

RBTs observe and record data on clients' behaviors and progress. They also enter data and update graphs.

Communicating:

RBTs communicate with clients, parents, caregivers, and supervisors. They also inform parents and caregivers about behavioral intervention findings.

Assisting with counseling:

RBTs may participate in counseling sessions and meetings.

Helping with everyday activities:

RBTs may assist clients with everyday tasks such as school work completion to strengthen learned skills.

Protecting client privacy:

RBTs must maintain confidentiality and only share sensitive information with authorized personnel. Qualifications Must be an active Medicaid provider. Must pass a background check At least 2 years of Experience Required Benefits Professional development assistance
