Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) In-Person | $70-$80/hour | Full-Time or Part-Time Includes a small stipend toward health insurance
Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and autism . This position offers a mix of school-based direct hours (daytime) and after-school RBT supervision , with a preference for those available primarily during daytime hours. This is a fully in-person role .
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles Monitor progress and adjust interventions to ensure effective outcomes Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for consistency Supervise and support RBTs in implementing treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans and client progress
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (required) Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism Strong understanding of ABA methodologies and evidence-based practices Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$70.00 - $80.00 per hour
