Board Certified Behavior Analyst | Full-Time | Pediatrics | Jacksonville, FL Great Strides, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our outpatient team. At Great Strides, you'll work with children and families through individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to help patients achieve meaningful progress and long-term success. Our team is committed to creating a supportive, engaging environment where clinicians can thrive while delivering exceptional care. Your Role Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles. Analyze behavioral data and make evidence-based treatment recommendations to support patient progress. Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship in accordance with BCBA standards and company policies. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Educate and support parents and caregivers through ongoing communication and training. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within designated systems and regulatory guidelines. Support positive patient outcomes through quality clinical services and individualized interventions. Requirements Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current Florida licensure or eligibility for licensure, if required by state regulations. CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
