Job Summary Competitive Pay:
$25 to $28 per Hour | Based on your experience. We are hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA services in Jacksonville, including the Southside, Town Center, Sandalwood, Windy Hill, and nearby communities. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, following structured treatment plans, and helping families see meaningful day-to-day progress. You will provide one-on-one ABA sessions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting skill-building, communication, independence, and positive behavior change. >> Responsibilities Deliver direct ABA therapy sessions based on treatment plans created by a BCBA. Support clients with communication, daily routines, social skills, and independence. Collect behavior and skill data during each session with accuracy and consistency. Follow behavior support strategies and clinical instructions as provided by the supervising BCBA. Keep caregivers and the clinical team updated on progress, concerns, and session outcomes. Submit session notes and required documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Participate in supervision, training, and team communication as needed. Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times. >> Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Work Authorization required Reliable transportation required Ability to provide services in home and community-based settings Strong communication skills and attention to detail Reliable, patient, and able to follow clinical guidance consistently Experience with ABA or supporting children with developmental needs is preferred, but not required.
