As an RBT, you will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy protocols, assist clients with daily living skills, and collect behavioral data to track progress. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene routines Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in developing communication skills through teaching techniques aligned with their needs Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and team members regarding treatment goals and progress updates Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in special education or behavioral health is preferred Prior experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, especially autism spectrum disorder, is highly desirable Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and data collection methods Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior intervention plans consistently Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Reliable transportation for home-based therapy sessions if applicable Join us as a Registered Behavior Technician and become part of a passionate team committed to empowering individuals through compassionate care and innovative behavioral strategies.
