Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral intervention programs and support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention plans. Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral therapy programs utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians or paraprofessionals supporting client services. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing confidential medical records and documentation with precision. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health, special education, and medical terminology. Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting for patient assessment and progress monitoring. Ability to perform patient care tasks with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Familiarity with medical documentation standards, medical terminology, and electronic health records systems. Excellent communication skills for conducting intake interviews, diagnostic evaluations, and team collaboration. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
