Succeed:

RBT applicants: Current and active RBT certification through the BACB BT applicants: Completion of a 40-hour ABA training from an approved provider Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with Autism Consistency and reliability in attendance to support client progress Openness to feedback and the ability to implement BCBA guidance to improve clinical skills Clear, professional communication skills Ability to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and families Accurate and timely data collection
