About Little Champs Therapy & Yoga At Little Champs Therapy & Yoga, we embrace each child's differences and work with them to overcome their unique challenges. It is achieved by designing individualized comprehensive therapy programs with unique combinations of our wide range of speech, physical, occupational, and other innovative therapies.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Monitor and record client progress and behavior. Provide direct support and interventions to clients. Assist in the generalization of skills across environments. Collaborate with families to reinforce learning at home. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients and families.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). High school diploma required; higher education in psychology, education, or related fields preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical professional practices. Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities, is a plus. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
