Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Melbourne, Eau Gallie & Surrounding Central Brevard Areas 2 Openings | $90-$95 per Hour | Caseload Incentive We are hiring two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support families throughout Melbourne, Eau Gallie, West Melbourne, Palm Shores, Indian Harbour Beach, and nearby Central Brevard communities . This position offers a $90-$95 hourly rate based on our caseload incentive structure , allowing BCBAs to increase their compensation as they take on and maintain an active caseload. This opportunity is designed for clinicians who value autonomy, flexible scheduling, strong compensation, and the ability to steadily build a caseload according to their professional availability. Clients You'll Support You will work primarily with children who may benefit from support with functional communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, adaptive behavior, self-care, transitions, daily routines, and increased independence . Some clients may also require behavioral intervention for challenges that interfere with learning, family routines, school participation, or community activities. Depending on the individual treatment plan, services may take place in homes, schools, daycare settings, community environments, or a combination of locations . What We Offer $90-$95 per hour based on our caseload incentive offer Start with 5 cases and continue growing monthly based on need Opportunity to increase weekly hours according to your availability. Continued access to new cases throughout Central Brevard. Flexible scheduling based on client needs and clinician availability. Administrative support with case coordination and ongoing scheduling needs. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical data. Establish measurable goals targeting communication, adaptive functioning, social development, independence, and behavior reduction. Provide ongoing supervision and clinical direction to Registered Behavior Technicians. Analyze treatment data and modify programs when client progress indicates a need for adjustment. Conduct caregiver training and help families generalize treatment strategies into daily routines. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, and treatment updates. Coordinate with caregivers, schools, therapists, and other professionals when appropriate. Ensure all clinical services remain consistent with BACB ethical standards and applicable payer requirements. We are currently expanding our clinical coverage throughout Melbourne, Eau Gallie, West Melbourne, Palm Shores, Indian Harbour Beach, and surrounding Central Brevard communities .
