  • Full-time The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a graduate-level certification.
Professionals who are certified as BCBA's are autonomous practitioners providing behavior-analytic services. BCBAs supervise the work of BCaBAs, RBTs, and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
BCBA Job Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support for clients Conduct functional behavior re-assessments Write and maintain positive behavior support plans Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress Attend staff meetings Develop and conduct parent trainings Collaborate with other BCBAs and administrative team Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis Provides exemplary leadership through hands-on training and modeling of ethical conduct
Physical Demands May Include:
Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling Assist with lifting, holding or positioning students with disabilities (including physical, behavioral, learning, etc.) Sitting or stooping on the floor for extended periods of time Standing or bending over repeatedly throughout the day Outside duties (assist with car line, field trips, and supervising students on playground) Must work well in noisy and crowded environments
Qualifications, Requirements and Skills:
Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individual behavior analysis programs Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures Must possess valid driver's license Must pass Level II background check Effective and professional communication Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Critical thinking skills and problem solving Strong computer skills Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
