This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference by implementing evidence-based interventions that promote positive behavior change and skill development. As an RBT, you will work closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support progress in home, school, and community settings. Your enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication will help empower clients to reach their full potential. Duties Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and hygiene routines, fostering independence and confidence. Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Support clients in various environments—including home-based settings and schools—by applying behavior management techniques aligned with care plans. Communicate effectively with clients' families and caregivers to provide updates on progress, reinforce strategies at home, and ensure consistency across settings. Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding medical records and documentation diligently. Participate in ongoing training on ethical guidelines, professional standards, and the latest ABA methodologies to ensure compliant and effective service delivery. Experience
