Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Support clients in various environments—including home-based settings and schools—by applying behavior management techniques aligned with care plans. Communicate effectively with clients' families and caregivers to provide updates on progress, reinforce strategies at home, and ensure consistency across settings. Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and safeguarding medical records and documentation diligently. MUST SPEAK ENGLISH

Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is highly preferred; experience in special education or behavioral health is a plus. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management is advantageous. Experience working in home-based behavioral programs or school environments supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders enhances your suitability for this role.
