We are looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with high-risk maladaptive behaviors and demonstrate a commitment to ethical and professional standards. This role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and working closely with clients and their families to achieve meaningful progress. We are currently hiring for two morning opportunities: One in the Westview area (33167) and one in the Doral area (33172).
Responsibilities :
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients with high-risk maladaptive behaviors. Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Accurately collect and record data on client progress. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency across settings. Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards at all times.
Qualifications :
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Minimum of a high school diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred. Valid Medicaid Provider Number. Proven experience with high-risk maladaptive behaviors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required for this position. Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement.
