  • $29 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications RBT Certification Spanish English High school diploma or GED Working with children Full Job Description We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA team.
Services are provided in-home, in-school, and within the community. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping children and families while working collaboratively with BCBAs and clinical staff. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes Assist clients with communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive living skills Maintain professionalism and positive communication with families and team members Follow all Medicaid, insurance, and company compliance requirements Qualifications Active RBT certification required High School Diploma or GED required Experience working with children preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass background screening Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Schedule Part-time and Full-time opportunities available Afternoon and evening availability preferred Flexible scheduling options Benefits Competitive pay Flexible schedule Supportive clinical team Ongoing supervision and training Work Locations In-Home In-School Community Settings License/Certification RBT Certification (Required) All up to date In-Services Language English (Required) Spanish (Preferred)
