• NOTE - You MUST be a current, credentialed Registered Behavior Technician to be considered for this position. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician with one year of clinical ABA experience to work with a our clients in Middleburg and Orange Park, Florida. For this position, you must be skilled and experienced in the following ABA areas: Training replacement skills for target behaviors Guiding parents as they follow the caregiver portion of the behavior plan Using antecedent manipulation to support the client across environments Communicating frequently with the supervising analyst as to the effectiveness of current supports and interventions Accurate data collection

Position Requirements and Features:

RBT credential Medicaid provider in the state of Florida (preferred) Pay is $22 per hour, paid weekly For student analysts, we offer fieldwork supervision at no cost At First Coast Autism, you will receive quality supervision each week, and receive your full pay rate during supervision and all other working times. Our RBTs routinely comment on the quality of support that they receive at FCA. All ABA services and supervision are delivered in accordance with BACB guidelines. We also offer biweekly workshops where you will accrue supervision and fieldwork hours. The focus areas of these Zoom meetings are clinical scenarios of both current and former clients, as well as standardized clinical tools like VB-MAPP and Vineland III. Experience with our digital platform, Central Reach, is a huge plus but is not required. We will train you in all the skills you'll need!
