Support clients in various environments such as homes, schools, or community settings, ensuring consistency and engagement. Maintain detailed medical documentation and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. MUST SPEAK ENGLISH
Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or neurodevelopmental disorders is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior management strategies effectively. Experience conducting behavioral data collection and maintaining accurate medical records within a clinical or home-based setting. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques used in direct behavioral therapy. Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical documentation practices related to client care. School or home-based behavioral experience that showcases your ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
