Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify core behavioral challenges and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles tailored to each client's needs. Collect and analyze data meticulously during therapy sessions to measure progress and inform necessary adjustments to treatment strategies. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to facilitate consistent intervention across settings such as home, school, or community environments. Conduct client intake assessments, develop treatment goals, and document all patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Support clients' social-emotional development by applying behavioral psychological assessments and supporting autism spectrum disorder interventions effectively. Skills Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessments, behavioral intervention techniques, and clinical supervision practices. Excellent data collection skills with the ability to analyze trends and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance for safeguarding patient information. Experience conducting behavioral health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and functional behavior assessments (FBA). Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families, educational teams, and healthcare providers about treatment plans and progress updates. Home-based behavioral experience or school experience supporting children with disabilities is highly desirable.
