Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Every Step Counts Behavioral Therapy is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and dependable RBT to join our growing team! We are a small, locally owned ABA practice , and we take pride in maintaining the close-knit, supportive environment that comes with being a smaller company. Our RBTs are not just a number. They work closely with our BCBAs, receive hands-on training and ongoing clinical support, and are part of a team that genuinely works together to help each child succeed. We provide individualized ABA services in our clinical setting and focus heavily on functional communication, replacement behaviors, social and adaptive skills, generalization, and meaningful reductions in maladaptive behavior. Our RBTs have the opportunity to work directly alongside BCBAs and receive real-time modeling, feedback, and support with challenging cases. We are looking for someone who: Is currently certified as an RBT Has at least 1 years of ABA/RBT experience preferred (but not mandatory) Is reliable, consistent, and communicates well Is comfortable implementing behavior intervention plans and working with challenging behaviors Values teamwork and is receptive to BCBA feedback and ongoing training Truly enjoys working with children and celebrating the small steps that lead to big progress If you're looking for a smaller ABA company where you can know your team, know your BCBAs, feel supported, and make a meaningful impact , we would love to meet you.
